Clubhouse Rental

Service Description

The $50 deposit will re refunded after your rental, provided that you clean up after yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Rental shall be for the private use of the renting party, their family, and guests. Rentals include the use of the clubhouse including the kitchen, restrooms, and the surrounding areas only. Rentals do not include the use of the ponds, gun range, or other club areas. Swimming, wading, boating, ice skating, or otherwise entering the waters at the club is strictly prohibited. Renters are responsible for all clean-up of the clubhouse and surrounding areas that are used during the rental, renters are also responsible for disposing of all trash. Rentals are not to be used for business purposes. Renters are responsible for any damages to the clubhouse or other parts of the club property caused by them, their guests, and/or activities at the club during their rental. Alcohol is allowed so long as its use does not violate any local, state, or federal laws and follows the rules of the club. No illegal substances or activities will be permitted at any time. If renters are found in violation of any of these rules, they will be ejected, and no refund will be issued. Ejected renters will still be responsible for damages or other losses caused by the rental. Ejected persons may be subjected to a ban from one month up to a lifetime ban based on the severity of the incident. The club does not provide food, beverage, utensils, or any other supplies for rentals. Reasonable accommodations may be made for decorations if arrangements are made in advance and decorations are agreed upon by the club representative.
